I participated in the US presale. Does my code work for the Australia and New Zealand dates?
Yes, if you received a code for the US presale, it is valid for the Australia and New Zealand presale.
How do I use my code during the presale?
Simply copy and paste the code into the code field on the ticket seller’s website. Copy the code exactly as it appears. Please be sure not to include any extra spaces.
Where do I find my presale code?
The presale code will be emailed to the email address you used to purchase your Rob Thomas Tour Club membership. The email will be sent within ten minutes of placing the order.
What do I do if I don't receive a code?
Please be sure to check your email spam folder as the code may have been delivered there. If you cannot find your code, please contact support here. help.please.co
How many tickets can I purchase with my code?
You will be eligible to purchase as many tickets as the venue allows for a single purchaser. Ticket limits are set by venues.
What seats will be available during our presale?
Seat allotments are determined by the venue. Each venue will have different seats available during the Tour Club presale.
What happens if I can’t get tickets during the presale?
Tickets are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. Being a Tour Club member does not guarantee tickets. More tickets will be available during the general onsale which begins on Thursday, May 29 at 12:00 PM local venue time.
What do I do if my presale code is not working?
If you are unable to use your code on the ticket seller’s website during the presale, please contact us at help.please.co so we can reach out to the ticket seller.
While we have no control over the ticket seller’s site, we will get in touch with them to notify them of the issue so that they may rectify it as quickly as possible.
Can I use the code to purchase tickets for more than one show?
Yes, you can use your code to purchase tickets for multiple events during the presale as long as tickets are available.
What are the ticket prices?
Ticket prices will be made available at the start of the presale.
